By using the Back2Normal Clinic website or booking any services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through direct contact. We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their scheduled treatment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid affecting other appointments.
Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Treatments and Services
All treatments provided at Back2Normal Clinic are intended to support health, wellbeing, relaxation, and recovery. Treatments should not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or changes in health before treatment begins.
Products
We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate; however, due to the natural variation of products such as crystals, items may differ slightly in colour, size, or appearance.
All crystals sold are genuine unless otherwise stated.
Liability
Back2Normal Clinic accepts no responsibility for injuries, reactions, or issues arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information before treatment or product use.
